2010-2011 Staff

Staff Writers:

Garrett O’Leary is a sixteen-year old junior and reporter for the Hurricane Nation. He is a sports fanatic who enjoys playing, watching, and writing about any and every sport.

Roopa Srivastava is a seventeen-year-old junior who enjoys writing about music, fashion, and the environment. She participates in the junior class council and likes to do volunteer work.

Nisa Hussain is a fourteen-year-old sophomore.  She writes about politics, fashion, and sports, among other things.

Maddy Pomilla is a fifteen-year-old sophomore who writes mostly editorials for paper. She loves to play soccer for the school and her club team. This is her first year at the Hurricane Nation, and she hopes to continue newpaper throughout high school.

Emily Mutschler is a fifteen-year-old sophomore who plays lacrosse for the school as well. This is her first year writing for the Hurricane Nation.
